Source: Balkans.com Prime Minister Emil Boc announced the Romanian Government approved on Wednesday seven agreements for concessions for oil exploitation. The chairman of Romania’s National Agency for Mineral Resources (ANRM) Alexandru Patruti declared that all agreements are signed with two Irish companies, 6 with Backstairs Energy and one with Moesia Oil and Gas.
