Minister Udrea is looking for an investor for a balneotherapy centre in Bucharest

Source: NewsIn Elena Udrea, the Minister of Regional Development and Tourism, declared on Wednesday during a press conference that she had not abandoned the project to build a balneotherapy centre in Bucharest and that the investment is estimated between €5 – 20m and can be done only by a private investor.


The systems of water and drainage in Bacau, Botosani and Galati counties to be modernized with over €333mil

Source: NewsIn Laszlo Borbely, the Minister of Environment and Forests, signed on Tuesday three contracts in total value of €333.6m for projects pointing to the expansion and modernization of the water and drainage systems in Bacau, Botosani and Galati counties. The works will by financed from European funds.


The seafronts in Costinesti, Tuzla, Eforie and Constanta will be rehabilitated with over €52m by 2013

Elena Udrea proposes two bridges to be built over the Prut from the funds Romania allocated to the Republic of Moldova

Source: NewsIn Minister Elena Udrea announced on Friday, at Sulina, that Romania and the Republic of Moldova agreed to build two bridges over the Prut, at Nisporeni and Leova, the money for this purpose being allocated from the non-refundable funds  of €100m allocated to the Republic of Moldova by Romania.

Over €59m for district heating in Ramnicu Valcea

Source: NewsIn Laszlo Borbely, the Minister of Environment, signed on Wednesday the financing contract for the rehabilitation of the district heating in Ramnicu Valcea. The project amounts to €59.3m without VAT. € 29.6 m are non-refundable financing from the European Cohesion Fund.


130 km of motorways and 515 km of national roads will be finished during 2011

Source: Agerpres Anca Boagiu, Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure, declared during a press conference that about 130 km of motorway and 515.56 km of national roads will be finalized during 2011.


More than 150 km of drainage and water supply networks rehabilitated with EU funds in Turda and Campia Turzii
